Wanted to commend Amy Haden on being awesome with me from the minute she answered the phone! told her i was shopping around for the best deal in the state of texas on a particular atv and she was more than accommodating to my needs! super friendly and after asking what i was looking for she had the info within seconds and was most helpful! As a small business owner in central Texas, this is how people should be treated when calling with some questions. I pride myself in my business communicating with my customers as much as i do the service i provide them with. Amy does exactly this! Awesome first impression of this business! So much that i asked to speak to upper management to show my appreciation on how i was greeted over the phone and how i was treated for the entire phone call!!

In the search for my 2019 yellow honda monkey i came across Freedom Powersports in Cleburne. I was attempting to work with other dealerships closer to my home but had very limited success (even others in the freedom family). Even getting a call or text back was proving to be a major issue. From the moment i visited the Cleburne site my experience was top notch. In the span of about 5 minutes i had a call from Bobby in sales confirming they had what i was looking for and mine if i wanted it. When i arrived to pick the bike up a few days later i was greeted as soon as i walked in the door by a very pleasant lady (forget her name), introduced to the entire team, and walked away with one of the best dealer experiences of my life (i have been to others that make you feel like you are a bother and shouldn't be there). Even though Cleburne is a good hour from my home, all of my future purchases will be through this dealership - top notch to say the very least.

Im glad I found this place. They took the time to work with me and help me find the bike I was looking for and got it for me and made me a deal I couldnt pass up. They made this process well worth it. I drove 5 hours there and 5 hours back and they welcomed me and congratulated me as soon as I pulled in the parking lot. I did not feel pressured at all and they treated me like I was family. They walked over my new ranger xp 900 with me and explained everything I needed to know . From the sales staff to the service crew everybody deserves 10 stars instead of 5. Thank you for helping me and making my experience that much more enjoyable. I visited the store to find out if the service department could replace a right handlebar switch. While I was disappointed to learn that Polaris stopped making the part for my 2003 Victory Classic Cruiser V92c, they gave me ideas on how to find the part. Specifically, Chase was extremely helpful in identifying the specific part number for me after his research showed that it is no longer being produced. He gave me suggestions on ways to search for the part, the retail price for it (when it was still being produced), & the price they'd charge to put it on. Plus, Chace got me some cool Victory gear!

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND! FROM FINDING ME THE RIGHT BIKE, TO HAVING IT TRASFERRED OVER FROM ANOTHER LOCATION, TO THE FRIENDLY STAFF AND MANAGMENT. I ALSO ADDED SOME HIGHWAY PEGS THAT WERE NOT THERE;AGAIN, TRANSFERRED FROM ANOTHER LOCATION TO THEIRS IN LESS THAN A DAY AND INSTALLED QUICKLY. I WILL DEFINATLEY BE SENDING FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO FREEDOM POWERSPORTS IN CLEBURNE!
